“It is God’s given right to be healthy. I will guide you to enhance your health on a cellular level and will help everyone in your family.”

I am a Traditional Naturopath and natural health educator serving the entire Los Angeles area. I studied naturopathy at Trinity College, received a degree and a diploma in Health Science from Ashworth College in 2015. My education did not end after graduation, but I continued receiving knowledge throughout my career. I have trained under Dr. Laurence Wilson MD, FICB, Dr. Freddie Ulan DC, CCN, Dr. Datis Kharrazian, Dr. Donna Miller PHD, CNHP and Dr. Wolf D.R.M. S. I am a professional member of CNHP and AADP. I am also an Ordinated Minister.

I believe in and live by healthy and balanced living in all areas of  life, as I know of the strong connection between emotional, spiritual and physical health, for optimal well-being. All three must be considered as a whole and must be addressed holistically. I want my clients to stop managing symptoms and start treating the underlying causes of illness. I listen to my clients’ health concerns, provide time and educate them.

I want people to know that the root cause of disease stems from the accumulation of toxins in the body, and daily exposure to a toxic living environment. These toxins come from air, water, genetically modified foods, pesticides, meat, dairy, soy, white flour, table salt, MSG (Monosodium Glutamate), microwaved foods, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, alcohol, electromagnetic radiation, heavy metals, parasites, industrial chemicals, prescription drugs and more.  I am thankful for my wisdom, patience, blessings and salvation that God has given to me.

As a Traditional Naturopath, I focus my practice on homeopathy, exercise and lifestyle counseling, whole foods nutrition, traditional herbal medicine, and in healing the whole mind, body, and spirit.

My Story

Had I not gotten sick, I probably would never have been introduced to nutrition and herbal medicine, let alone chosen it as my career.  At a point in my life, I was in depression.  I found that none of the medications prescribed to me were helping, but were in fact, pulling me deeper into depression.  It was around this time that a friend of mine introduced me to a Naturopath.  Soon after a change in my diet, along with a few bottles of vitamins, I noticed that I was slowly regaining my health and mental clarity.  One day, I asked her about her approach to health, and she told me about a school called CNHP, where I later started taking classes.  I then learned about Trinity and Ashworth Colleges.  The curriculum was highly attractive so I decided to go back to college.

I believe that everyone should have a basic understanding of what role their organs play in their bodies.  This way, they can pick up on clues their bodies are leaving for them in circumstances of disease, and can thus make educated decisions with regards to their health care and well being. We all know how to clean, cook and take care of our households, but do we know basic body functions or what nutrients are critical for optimal health?  This question only dawned on me after I got sick, and now I want to help as many people as I can, in order to teach them how to preserve their health and prevent disease simply by eating right.  I think that there are limited un-curable diseases, but only if the body is given the right nutrients and food to work with.  After all, it is very intelligent and self-healing.

The body is very complex and the world of nutrition is vast.  That is what drives me to continue my education; the more knowledge I can acquire from various seminars, the more I am able to help others who may have found themselves in similar settings with regards to their health as I once did. I enjoy working with all age groups.  I find that younger generations are becoming more attuned with their health care and I’d like to see them grow older in good health, especially in a world market where food-stuff is becoming increasingly modified.  I would also like to help the elderly, who are on all kinds of medications, to find balance in their health and improve their quality of life. Finally, I would love to create an environment where Naturopaths, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists and counselors can all work together to help people thrive and lead healthy lifestyles.

Currently, I offer personal nutritional consulting both locally and globally, and it is also available for speaking engagements.
