Essential Oils for Children’s Healthy Tummy

It is just heart breaking for a parent to see a child with upset stomach.  If you are not familiar with essential oils, they do come handy.  I have my essential oil kit as my go to when there is need for them.

This essential oils for stomach ache roller bottle remedy is being used by many mothers.  It is safe for kids when you use correct dilution and roller bottle remedy is super convenient to have on hand to use any time.

Make up a few of these and keep one in your purse or diaper bag for those on-the-go moments when the kids are uneasy or the stress of travel and unusual foods has given them a little tummy upset. And why not have a roller bottle at grandma’s house too.

It’s so important to start with high quality essential oils for upset stomach and a good carrier oil. I suggest to use 10 ml glass roller bottles.

  • Peppermint– essential oil was proven to help postpartum, post-operative moms reduce nausea levels. It also is linked to relieving IBS symptoms so you know that it’s perfect for an upset tummy.
  • Thyme– The research on thyme essential oil shows it has antibacterial benefits that can even combat those strains most responsible for food poisoning. If your stomach ache is caused from microbes, this might be helpful.
  • Cardamom– The gastroprotective and digestive benefits of cardamom is well documented and has been used for centuries. It is used for nausea and stomach cramps.
  • Clove– essential oil is used for oral and digestive health.
  • Ginger– The historic power of ginger to ease all kinds of digestive upsets is familiar to everyone.  This essential oil is proven against many symptoms of stomach ache such as diarrhea, nausea and more.

 

Tummy Roller Bottle

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add essential oils to roller bottle, then top off with your favorite carrier oil. Insert roller ball, close cap, and shake to combine.
  2. Roll on tummy for relief.

* Always test a small area to make sure there are no reactions.  You can use any, or a combination of these: Argan, Coconut, Jojoba, Sweet Almond.
